Session Details Date: Wednesday, December 3, 2025 Time: 12:00 PM Eastern Time Duration: 90 minutes Format: Zoom Session Type: Expert-Led Workshop + Applied Learning
Entrepreneurship is as much a test of mindset as it is of strategy. In this closing session of the program, participants will explore how to build resilience, navigate uncertainty, and align their business growth with their personal values and long-term goals. This workshop will also serve as a capstone, tying together lessons from earlier sessions and giving founders the space to reflect on their cohort journey.
Christine Manning (Mindset & Business Alignment Coach) will share lessons from her decade-long journey building, scaling, and successfully exiting her food brand. She will provide practical mindset tools that entrepreneurs can use to manage stress, overcome limiting beliefs, and maintain clarity during uncertain times. Christine will also guide participants through applied coaching exercises to help them strengthen resilience, reconnect to their vision, and create alignment between business growth and personal purpose.
The session will also feature peer reflection and discussion, facilitated by Cohort Mentor Dr. Jody Dexter (Bioenterprise). Jody will help participants integrate insights from across the program and connect entrepreneurial resilience to long-term commercialization success.
By the end of this session, participants will walk away with practical mindset strategies, renewed clarity, and a roadmap for leading with intention as they continue to scale their ventures beyond the cohort.
