Session Overview
Session 1 officially kicks off Cohort #2 of Unpuzzling: Foodtech Ontario. This opening session is designed to welcome participants, establish strong peer connections, and ground the cohort in the realities of foodtech innovation and adoption in Canada.
Founders will be introduced to CFIN’s role in the ecosystem, gain perspective on the current food innovation landscape, and begin building relationships with peers who are navigating similar commercialization challenges. The session sets expectations for how the program will run and creates a collaborative, non-competitive foundation for the weeks ahead.
