Session Overview
Session 12 serves as the formal wrap-up of Cohort #2. This session is designed to help founders consolidate key learnings from the program, identify immediate next steps, and ensure they are equipped with the right tools, connections, and support mechanisms to move forward with confidence.
The session will also provide space for structured feedback, peer reflection, and discussion around how CFIN can continue to support cohort companies post-program. Certificates of Completion will be issued upon submission of the Cohort Feedback & Testimonial Survey.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session, participants will:
- Clarify their top three commercialization priorities for the next 3–6 months
- Identify remaining gaps in capital, partnerships, validation, or strategy
- Understand how to continue leveraging CFIN resources, mentors, and ecosystem connections
- Contribute actionable feedback to improve future cohorts
- Leave with a clear next-step roadmap beyond the program
